New to counselling?
Updated: Nov 19, 2019
If you don't feel as okay as you’d like to, counselling can help. Counselling provides a safe and confidential space to support you in exploring your difficulties, building confidence and self worth and helping you find your own solutions.
Through counselling you have the space and time to explore what's going on in your life and be heard without fear of judgment. It’s surprising how this alone will offer relief. You can figure out what's not working for you and together we can rediscover your talents, achievements and strengths, find new perspectives, improve your relationships with others and deepen your awareness into insight and personal growth.
I know that it's often a challenge just to make the decision to seek therapy, yet if you take that step, the benefits can be enormous.
I've helped many clients being held back from living their full potential with anxiety, depression, social anxiety and life transitions. I am a strong believer in the ability of a person to change, to live a purposeful, fulfilled life with strong relationships and the tools to face its challenges.
I work with couples and individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, adoption, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, sexuality, identity, loss, cancer, infertility.
